a) Sentence:
I. dissolves X. Limited liability company in W., entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number: (…),
II. appoints the liquidator of the X. limited liability company in W. in the person of Y. the restructuring advisor,
III. awards from X. Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 with its registered office in W. to Z. the amount of PLN 2,377.00 (two thousand three hundred and seventy-seven zlotys) as reimbursement of the costs of the proceedings.
b) Legal basis: Art. 271 of the Commercial Companies Code<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a) Sentence:<\/p>\n

I. excludes partner X. from the company Z. limited liability company in W. from January 1, 2019.
II. sets the takeover price for 98 (ninety-eight) shares held by X. at the amount PLN 25,003.72 (twenty-five thousand three zlotys and seventy-two groszy) in total, i.e. PLN 255.14 (two hundred fifty-five zlotys and fourteen groszy) each,
III. sets a deadline of three months for Y. from the date the judgment becomes final, to pay X. the amount of PLN 25,003.72 (twenty-five thousand three zlotys and seventy-two groszy) together with interest from January 1, 2019. as the acquisition price of 98 (ninety-eight) shares of X. in the company Z. sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 we W.,
IV. determines that the costs of the proceedings are fully borne by X. leaving their detailed calculation to the court clerk in the District Court in W.
b) Legal basis: art. 266 of the Commercial Companies Code<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a) Sentence:
I. declares resolution No. 1 invalid. Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of X. limited liability company in W. on January 1, 2019. regarding the approval of the company’s balance sheet for 2018;
II. repeals resolution no. 2. Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of X. limited liability company in W. on January 1, 2019. regarding changes to the company’s articles of association
III. awards from X. the limited liability company in W. to Y W. the amount of PLN 6,160 (six thousand one hundred and sixty zlotys) as the costs of the proceedings.
b) Legal basis: Art. 249 \u2013 252 of the Commercial Companies Code<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t4. For payment for the liability of management board members<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

a) Sentence:
I. awards the defendants X. and Y. jointly and severally to the plaintiff Z. the amount of PLN 65,547.36 together with statutory interest for the delay from January 1, 2019. until the date of payment
II. awards the defendants jointly and severally to the plaintiff the amount of PLN 10,495.00 as reimbursement of the costs of the proceedings.<\/p>\n

a) Sentence:
I. considers the agreement on the division of joint property concluded between X. and Y. on January 1, 2019 to be ineffective against the plaintiff Z. sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 we W. before the notary A. in W., rep. A no. (…), in the part relating to X.’s share of 1\/2 in the ownership title to a residential premises located in W. at ul. (…), for which the District Court for Wroc\u0142aw – Krzyk\u00f3w in Wroc\u0142aw keeps land and mortgage register no. (…), in order to enable the plaintiff to pursue the satisfaction of the receivable established by the judgment of the District Court in Wroc\u0142aw of January 1, 2019. , in the amount of PLN 300,000 of the principal amount along with statutory interest from January 1, 2019. until the date of payment and the costs of the proceedings in the amount of PLN 10,460;
II. awards the defendant PLN 13,060 in court costs to the plaintiff.
